San Diego Military Family Collaborative (SDMFC) proudly presents the Military Transition: the Spouse Edition (MTSE)! A virtual platform where military affiliated members can learn and speak to 13 different experts about topics such as disability, Tricare, career change, education, financial planning, relocation, and more!

Experts are from San Diego, but any service affiliated invidual can attend from anywhere in the world can attend! The information provided applies to all servicemembers and their families separating from the military.

Who is San Diego Military Family Collaborative (SDMFC)?

The San Diego Military Family Collaborative’s mission provides an inclusive forum to maximize the collective impact of community resources to enhance military family life. 

From six organizations in 2010, the SDMFC grew by word of mouth and today comprises more than 400 representatives from over 200 unique public, private, faith-based, military, and governmental organizations. Social Advocates for Youth, San Diego provides program and staffing support.

Together as a community, in partnership with active duty, reservists, veterans, and their families, San Diego will give military men and women the just response deserving of their sacrifice and service.
